At times, hearing aids may need repairs and maintenance to continue to work well. Simply bring your hearing aid into your local Hearing Australia centre and our team will guide you through the repair process.
If you are eligible for the Australian Government Hearing Services Program, the optional maintenance program^ will provide you with major and minor repairs, replacement of moulds and domes and unlimited batteries.
A solution fit to your needs
Whatever the solution, we will guide you on your path to better hearing. If you’re recommended a hearing device, we will help you find the right one and tailor the device to suit your lifestyle. We also have a range of listening devices for specific activities. If you don’t love your hearing aids, you can return them within 55 days under our money back guarantee.
^For approximately $50 per year (indexed annually), through the optional maintenance program, you will receive unlimited batteries, major and minor repairs, replacement of moulds and domes. Price is set by the Federal Government and is subject to change.
